The result
Direct bookings without the platform commission
01
The challenge
Every booking came through Airbnb, and every booking paid Airbnb's cut.
02
What was built
A direct-booking site with an availability calendar, seasonal pricing, a guest database, and a nightly sync that mirrors Airbnb reservations so the calendar never double-books.
03
What changed
Guests book direct, the owner keeps the commission, and both calendars stay in step.
